Areas of Practice
Adele graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994. Her practice is focused generally on commercial litigation, and she has extensive experience in employment and related matters. She has appeared before all levels of courts in British Columbia, and many tribunals.
For over 20 years, Adele has assisted employers, employees, shareholders, and not-for-profits, with the informal and formal resolution of relationship challenges and issues arising prior to, during, and after their relationships. Adele is dedicated to finding cost effective solutions to minimize the risk of litigation and disruption of relationships, through practical advice and passionate advocacy. She is experienced with drafting or interpreting contracts to non-competition agreements, advising on terminations, exit strategies, severance packages, discipline, disability management, and discrimination issues.
Outside the practice of law, Adele devotes her time to her husband and two children.
